The Wishing Fountain is used for tossing in pennies while making a wish. It is located in the center of the town. It can be found as an I-Point in island flyover. The fountain is a perfect circle with a single spout in the middle. The surrounding area is North(towards the castle and the waterfall): The City Arch ad the surrounding ramps. South(towards the Queen Peach.): The Broken Clock Tower. To the east+west: Just buildings, no I points.
