Tropical Punch is a 4-player Minigame in Wii Party.
Gameplay[]
The objective is to punch, with a boxing glove, the other players until the player is left standing. If the player steps off the walking area, they will fall into the water, thus eliminated. When there is one player left or when the time limit expires, they win.
Tips[]
- You can push a player straight upwards, causing them to fall back onto the stage. However they will slide into the water.
- If you wait long enough, the players that fell to the water will slowly float back and will be show on screen flapping their arms while having a surprised facial expression.

Glitches[]
- If a player is pushed into the water and is facing away from the water, the boxing glove will go through the stage.
- There is a slight chance that an opponent will fly off the screen without there being a noise other than the thud that happens when hitting another player's glove. When this happens, the player is eliminated in an instant.
- If all 4 players survive at the end, if on emulator, they will all be stacked on top of each other in the results screen, but on console, the game will crash. If done in Battle Mode, all 4 players will get a point, and can possibly have all 4 players win if they all have 2 or 4 points, if done in Spin-Off, Party Phil will say that it's a tie and it continues as normal, and if done in Bingo, the game will say that there were Commuter Count winners, and end with a roll-off.
Trivia[]
- There's a chance that when a Mii gets knocked out, going offscreen not so far away, that the Mii will slowly go onscreen and that the player is able to see the Mii and that the Mii struggles to swim.
- The name of the minigame is a play on "tropical punch", which is a variant of fruit punch (drink) made from tropical fruits.
- This is an unused Spot the Sneak minigame. Here, it prevents the Sneak from being KO'ed by an opponents punch. Holding B makes the Sneak vulnerable to the punches as normal. Like Derby Dash, Shifty Gifts, Quicker Chipper, and Crash Balls, it is implied that this unused Spot the Sneak minigame is not released globally because it gives the sneak an unfair advantage and was made far too obvious who the sneak is, regardless if a sneak pretends to be a normal player.
