The Tricep Extension is an exercise in the Wii Fit series.

Instructions

Start by standing up straight.

Put your arms facing straight upwards.

Slowly bend your forearm backwards while grabbing the back of your bicep with the adjacent hand.

Keep this pose for 10 seconds before switching.

Activity Level

  • 10 Reps. (per arm)

Purpose of exercise

This exercise helps to strengthen your triceps and to gain more flexibility in your arms.
