Wii Fit features four main categories to chose form: Strength Training, Aerobics, Yoga and Balance Games. Choose the category you'd like to work on.

  • Individual results will vary
  • Don't overdo it, it's important not to train too much every day, so be conscious of how much time you're spending on your training.
  • Depending on activity, you might need to attach the Nunchuk controller to the Wii Remote or connect two Wii Remotes to the Wii System. If you're asked to do this, just follow the on-screen instructions.

How to Start Training

Press the "Training" button once logged-in on your Mii profile.

How to Pause Training

Press + on the Wii Remote.

Finish Training

Press the B button at the list of training exercises.
