Wii Fit features four main categories to chose form: Strength Training, Aerobics, Yoga and Balance Games. Choose the category you'd like to work on.

  • Individual results will vary
  • Don't overdo it, it's important not to train too much every day, so be conscious of how much time you're spending on your training.
  • Depending on activity, you might need ti attach the NunchukTM controler to the Wii Remote or connect two Wii Remotes to the Wii System. If you're asked to do this, just follow the on-screen instructions.
