In Duel, she is the first opponent to attack a bit quicker than the lower opponents. She wears Lanky Black Armor as the Boss of Stage 11 in Swordplay Showdown. Her and Gabriele share a moveset of a Black Armored Mii that doesn't defend after failing to attack. They also share Silke's moveset in Stage 2, and when doing so she doesn't hold back on the player's attacks. She also attacks slightly faster than Gabriele.

• According to the Wii Sports Resort files, Tomoko's Internal ID is 066.
• She uses Shouta as a design basis.
• She appears as a Mii cheering in a crowd on the Wuhu Island stage in Super Smash Bros. for the Wii U. However, she wears the color white instead of the color brown on the stage.
• In Wii Party, she appears in the minigame Cry Babies as a baby.
