  • According to internal data about CPU Miis, Theo's country of origin is North America.
    • In this leak, Theo has a note attached that roughly translates to the following: "At the time of the development of Wii Sports, the skin color was already changed to brown, but the intended color was originally black. (2009/05/20)". Theo's current skin color is labeled as "brown" in the leak, whereas the "black" skin color would be the same as Miis like Jackie.
  • Theo appears as one of the babies in the Wii Party minigame Cry Babies and is the only male baby. This is because he has no facial hair, (sun) glasses, or facial features at all, unlike every other Male CPU Mii except Greg and Shinta.
  • Theo is one of the Miis that wear Black Armor in level 18 of Swordplay Showdown, along with the Boss Fritz. He is both very aggressive, attacking quicker than others, and defensive, defending himself after failing to attack. Coincidentally, one of his Tennis teammates, Daisuke, appears as a Black Armored enemy in that stage too.
