Sportsmates are the characters that appear in Nintendo Switch Sports.

Sportsmates appear alongside Miis as avatars. They can be customized with clothing, hats, and accessories.
Any CPU-controlled Sportsmate will have the name of a Mii from Wii Sports Resort, but their appearance does not nearly match.
