Spinal Extension is a Yoga exercise in the Wii Fit games.
Demonstration
Start by standing up straight.
Bring your right leg behind you, as far is will go.
Bring your right leg in front of you, so that your legs look like a v.
Put your arms behind your back in an X shape and bend forward so that your neck is straight and your head is facing the ground.
Keep this position for 15 seconds, switching legs after each repetition.
Do 4 repetions for these.
Purpose of exercise
This exercise helps your shoulders become stronger and it can also tone your legs and waist as well.
