Not to be confused with the Plank Challenge. The Push-Up Challenge is a Strength exercise in the Wii Fit series. It is unlocked by completing 10 reps of the Push-Up and Side Plank.
Instructions[]
Start by laying your chest.
Put your arms in front of you, adjacent to your chest in area.
Push your arms up while keeping your feet in place.
Try to do this more than your trainer.
Purpose of exercise[]
This exercise allows you to develop strong back, chest and arm muscles while also increasing the endurance in your arms.
