The Plank Challenge is a Strength exercise in the Wii Fit series. You challenge your trainer to see who can do the plank longer.

Instructions

Start by laying on your chest.

Put your hands together or apart (onto the Wii Balance Board).

Go onto your toes and push your body off of the ground.

Try to go a longer time than your trainer.

Purpose of exercise

This exercise helps you to strengthen your back and core, while also giving you good posture.
