The Plank is an exercise in the Wii Fit series.

Instructions

Start by laying on your chest.

Put your hands together or apart (onto the Wii Balance Board).

Go onto your toes and push your body off of the ground.

Keep this pose for thirty, sixty, or ninety seconds.

Activity Level

  • 30 sec.
  • 60 sec.
  • 90sec.

Purpose of exercise

This exercise helps you to strengthen your back and core, while also giving you good posture.
