Pirate's eye (Lighthouse Ring in the UK) is an iPoint in Island Flyover. The man-made hole located right under The Candle was named this because of pirates roaming the waters surrounding it. It also brings good luck (If you're lucky according to Island Flyover). You can only see this iPoint in Island Flyover and Power Cruising.
Island Flyover Information:
