Palm Tree is a Yoga exercise in the Wii Fit games.


Stand still and then bring both of your arms out, and then take them as far they can go behind your back.

Keep this pose for 15 seconds and then break.

Do 4 repetitions of these.

Purpose of exercise

This exercise helps strengthen your ankles and stretches your back. If leaning against a wall, it actually can help you stretch your triceps when they are sore.
