It is named Palm Boulevard because of all the trees surrounding the road. It is located right next to the Cocoba Hotel, and the Island Loop Tunnel 1. The finish line of the 4th stage of the Cycling road race also happens on palm boulevard. You can see it in Table Tennis match and Return Challenge, the 4th stage of the Cycling road race and Island Flyover.
