Obstacle Course is an exercise in the Training Plus menu of Wii Fit Plus and an activity in the Balance Games menu of Wii Fit U. The METs of this activity is 3.0.
Gameplay
The player must run through a course and dodge the obstacles.
Levels
There are two difficulties of Obstacle Course. They differ in the nature of the hazards you will encounter:
Beginner
Background: Day
Number of zones: Four
- Isolated stationary platforms
- Isolated moving platforms
- Single wrecking balls
- Forward rolling logs
Advanced
Background: Evening
Number of zones: Four
- Isolated stationary platforms
- Isolated moving platforms
- Conveyor belts
- Ice
- Forward and sideways rolling logs
- Single and double wrecking balls
Ultimate Obstacle Course
Background

Controls
- Move along each of the successive course either finish the last one or run out of time.
- Walk or run in place to walk or run along the platforms.
- Bend and straighten legs to make the Mii jump up and forward.
- Stand still to stop.
