According to the September 2020 Nintendo leak about CPU Miis, Jessie's nationality is North American.
In the leak, Jessie's favorite color is set to Light Blue, despite it being brown. This suggests that Jessie's favorite color was changed in development.
In the Swordplay Showdown preview, Jessie can be seen in Green Armor, alongside Holly and Ian.
Jessie is ambidextrous because she is right-handed in Tennis and Baseball, but is left-handed in Table Tennis.
Although Jessie does not wear glasses, they are set to be white in color instead of the default black color.
In her Wii Music artwork, she plays the Whistle.
In her Wii Party artwork, she seems to be playing either Flag Fracas or Flag Footrace.
She is the fourth Mii encountered in Swordplay Showdown, the others being Misaki, Jake, and Yoshi.
