Instructions[]
Lay down on your back to start.
Bring your towards you until your thighs are aimed straight upwards.
Bend your ankles forward a bit.
Bring your head up until you are directly facing your legs.
Bring your arms forward to touch your shins.
Go back down and repeat this exercise.

This exercise helps to strengthen your abdominal muscles and to promote flexibility in your neck.
