Start by standing up straight.
Bring your right leg down and rest in on the kneecap.
Strech your left leg out to the left and keep it straight.
Twist your upper body to the left and reach with your left arm toward your left leg, and reach the to left with your left leg.
Keep this pose for 15 seconds, and switch legs and arms after each repetition.
Do 4 repetitions of these.

This exercise helps your sides to be more flexible, and to relieve tension all over your body. It also stretches your legs.
