Free Step is an activity in Wii Fit. You must step on and off the Wii Balance Board in rhythm for 10 minutes, letting the Wii Remote guide you. It is possible to change the channel and watch TV while you do this activity.

  • For some reason, if the player reaches 800 steps, the Wii Remote will not speak. It stops talking at 750 steps.
