The Forest Monument (Menhirs of the Forest in the PAL version) is located on the south side of Evergreen Grove. They seem like guardians of the forest (According to Island Flyover) and it is man-made. You can faintly access it in the 3rd stage of the Road Race and in Island Flyover. You can also access this place in the 2nd stage of the Archery Expert level.
