Flag Fracas is a 4-player minigame in Wii Party.
Gameplay[]
The four opponents must wait for the starting gun, then shake the Wii Remote to run as soon as the gun shoots off. They can also press the A button to dive towards the flag. If they run before the gunshot, they will get a mark. If they do it twice, they will be disqualified. The player who successfully grabs the flag wins, and the other players' rankings are determined by how close they were to the flag compared to each other.
Ending[]
The winner raises the flag as the others sulk. Then the players positions are calculated. The players perform their poses on the results screen.
Trivia[]
- This minigame is extremely similar to Flag Footrace, except it has 4 players as opposed to 2 players.
- If a player is disqualified, they will stand next to the referee. After 3 players get disqualified, the remaining player will get up from laying on the sand and have a surprised look on their face while looking from side to side.
- This will always end up in a tie, no matter the order of the Miis getting disqualified.
- This will always end up in a tie, no matter the order of the Miis getting disqualified.
- The default time for the minigame is 5 minutes; the timer only shows up during the last 10 seconds.
- If a player dives when they aren't near the flag, their Mii will take a few moments to get up.
- If one or more players don't move from the start and someone grabs the flag, it will fully zoom out making the whole course from front to back visible. The Miis at the start will also have no reaction to losing.
- The spectators will start to clap once the starting gun goes off.
