- She was the last Japanese Mii to be added to Wii Sports Club.
- Kaori was featured in a Japanese promotional video for StreetPass Mii Plaza. Translated from Japanese to English, she states she is from Okayama, Japan, and likes dogs.
- Kaori is also featured in an Australian Tomodachi Life brochure, like Bernd. There, she is known as Alisha and she is an Easygoing Optimist.
- Coincidently, there's another Mii from Wii Sports Resort that has that same name.
- Kaori's voice was also revealed in an unlisted Tomodachi Life video from the Australian website. It is shown that she speaks with a heavy accent that noticeably distorts her voice.
- As of now, however, the video has been privated, therefore making it impossible to view.
- Kaori appears in Super Mario Maker 2 Direct. In it, she comments on Mónica's level. Her comment says "クリアー!", which translates to "Clear!"
- She was also featured in a promotional video for Super Mario Maker 2's Course World. In the video, she has a course named ピョンピョン幅跳びレース which roughly translates to Hopping Long Jump Race.
- In her Wii Party U artwork, she seems to be playing Feed Mii! as the employee.
- Kaori appears as a Staff Ghost for Dragon Driftway in Mario Kart 8.
- According to her Mario Kart 8 Ghost profile, her nationality is Japanese.
- However, she was replaced by Mitsu in Mario Kart 8 Deluxe.
- In the data files of Miitopia, she is listed as Young.
- Kaori is right-handed.
- In Wii Party U, Kaori appears as P1 in the preview video for Sketchy Situation.
- She also appears in the preview videos for Balloon Boppers and Flock Shot.
- If Kaori appears in the chicken suit in the Wii Fit U Credits, her eyebrows can be seen poking out of the chicken suit.
- Her Mii data file shows that even though she doesn't wear glasses or has facial hair, she doesn't use the default values for them. Her facial hair is a different color instead of the default black color (auburn), and both her glasses and her facial hair are moved down by two stages. This might be a remnant of an earlier design for Kaori.
- Her height value is set to 47 and her weight value is set to 95.
