Hide-and-Go-Beak is an All-Play Minigame in Wii Party U.
Gameplay[]
The player(s) have ten seconds to choose a bush to hide (They can't pick the same bush if another player has picked it first). An ostrich will go around the bushes and knocks one down. It will also survey some bushes but not knock them down. It will continue knocking the bushes down until there is one player left. The last player hiding wins.
Trivia[]
- This Minigame, along with Run to the Sun (Wii Party U), Risky Railroad, Lucky Launch, and Dicey Descent (Wii Party) are the only Wii Party/Wii Party U Minigames based on luck. No matter which fake bush the ostrich knocks over, the winner will always be luck dependent.
- If you look at it correctly, the ostrich doesn't touch a player's head when pecking them.
- Some of the ostrich's sound effects are the same as the Huebirds of Happiness from the Rhythm Heaven series.
- When the ostrich is pecking a player or making vocal sounds, its beak doesn't open if noticed closely.
