Downward Facing Dog is a Yoga exercise from the Wii Fit games.




Demonstration

Start by laying on your stomach with your feet slightly apart.

Bring your arms out with your palms against the ground.

Bring your buttocks up, facing the ceiling, with your upper body angled so that you can see between your legs.

Keep this pose for 15 seconds.

Do 4 repetitions of these.

Purpose of exercise

This exercise stretches out your back and helps to strengthen your whole body.
