Core Luge is an activity in Wii Fit U and is listed under the Balance Games section.

In Core Luge, you control a Mii going down a Luge track by sitting and tilting on the balance board. If you lean back while on the balance board, you go faster. When you start the race, you have to gain momentum by moving your hands backward and forward. It also shows you how balanced you are on the top right of the main screen. The advanced course has more turns than the beginner course, making it harder.

On the gamepad screen, it shows a cinematic angle of the race.
