While standing, sink slowly as you bring your legs forward and raise your heels.

Keep this pose for 15 seconds and then return to normal position.

Do 6 repetitions of these.

Purpose of exercise

Helps to strengthen your back and legs, as well as your abs. This also will allow your heels to become more flexible.
