Demonstration

Lay on your back with your legs angled in front of you upwards.

Reach for your feet with your arms as you bring your hips up, while keeping your head level with the ground.

Keep this pose for 10 seconds.

Do 5 repetitions of these.

Purpose of exercise

This exercise strengthens your torso and helps to tone your hips, while also helping your back to become more flexible.
