Battle Mode is a mode in Wii Party and Wii Party U that can be played with up to four players, where they duke it out in various Minigames. CPUs can join in when there are not enough human players.

In the game, the player may choose first to 3 or first to 5. Then the players will verse each other in 4-player or 1 vs. 1 minigames until someone wins three or five of them. If there's a tie in the minigame, the tied players win the minigame. If all the players tie, nothing happens.

Note: Pair and 1 vs Rivals/ 1 vs 3 Minigames are in the background, but are not played in this gamemode.

  • There is a rare chance that one of the players will stop showing any expression during the introduction.
