Basic Run Plus (Jogging Plus in PAL) is a running game in the Training Plus category in Wii Fit Plus. It is part exercise and part memory-training. It is worth 4 METs.
How it Works
As your Mii, you run through various routes on Wuhu Island. You are most often led by a cat, although if you run ahead of your guide, you can be led through by another Mii or a dog. After you finish your route, you will have a three-question quiz, in which you will exercise your remembrance of the stage.
