Apple Scramble is an All-Play Minigame from Wii Party U.
Introduction[]
Two Miis are carrying a large box of apples up a steep street, but they trip over and the apples tumble out of the box, leaving the two Miis and the onlookers from their apartments shocked. The game will then begin.
Gameplay (All-Play)[]
The players must collect the most rolling apples while avoiding spiked balls. They'll drop half of their apples if they are hit by one. The player who has collected the most apples after 30 seconds wins.
Gameplay (Freeplay Challenge)[]
Unlike the All-Play version, getting hit by a spiked ball immediately ends the game. One player alone must collect as many apples as they can without getting skewered. As time goes on, the spiked balls grow more numerous and crowded, and larger variants are dropped increasingly frequently.
If the player can survive for 5 minutes, the game will end and their Mii will pump their fist with triumph, regardless of how many apples they collected.

- Hold the Wii Remote horizontally.
- Use the D-Pad to move.

The Record for 1st in this minigame's Freeplay version is set by Na-rae, a Master Difficulty Mii, with a total of 50 apples collected.
