Akira (pronounced "AH-KEE-RAH") is a CPU Mii from Wii Sports, Wii Sports Resort, and Wii Party.

Wii Sports

Akira's skill level in Tennis is average, with a skill level at around 480 to 510. He usually plays with Luca, but he sometimes plays with Emily.

In Baseball, he is very bad, being the 4th worst player, with a skill level of around only 87 to 244. He has a team consisting of himelf, Luca, Emma, Elisa, Matt, Kentaro, Abby, Jessie, and Silke. As well to be on the first 9 teams, he also plays on the teams of Misaki, Fumiko, and Martin.

In Boxing, he is also bad, being the 7th worst boxer, at around 198 to 360 in skill.

Wii Sports Resort

Akira made an immense improvement compared to his weak performance in Wii Sports, being a Pro in every sport, except for Cycling.

In Swordplay, Akira is a high Pro, being the 8th best player, with a skill level of 1391 to 1395, making him the last player in the 1300s. In Duel, he attacks twice in a row.

He is also a great Pro in Basketball, with a skill level of 1181 to 1185. His teammates are Hayley and Jessie.

In Table Tennis, he is also a top Pro, being the 3rd best player, with a skill level of 1466 to 1470, making him the best male in Table Tennis. He is often considered challenging to beat, despite not being the Champion. He moves much faster than most of the previous opponents while returning shots that are almost always backspins and not giving you much opportunity to return smashes. Occasionally, he uses top spins when he want to make diagonal shots.

However, he is very bad at Cycling, being the 18th worst cyclist, coming in 81st out of 98.

Overall, Akira made a great improvement from Wii Sports.

Trivia

  • According to the September 2020 Nintendo leak about CPU Miis, Akira's nationality is Japanese.
    • In his image, his hairstyle and beard are way different from his final design. Neither styles are available to be selected in the Wii's Mii Channel, so they are likely early or preliminary designs that were later replaced with the current ones. Several other male Miis with beards also have the same preliminary beard design in their images that would later go on to be changed.
    • Curiously, Kentaro (who has the same hairstyle as Akira in the final game), does not have Akira's same preliminary hairstyle in his image. Instead, Kentaro has the same hairstyle as he and Akira do in the final game. This implies that Akira's early hairstyle was replaced with his current one before work on Kentaro began.
  • According to the Wii Sports and Wii Sports Resort files, Akira's Internal ID is 004.
  • According to the Wii Music files, Akira's Internal ID is 44.
  • According to his data file in Wii Music, his Mii ID is 80-4f-92-94 and his console ID is c2-3d-21-af.
    • According to his Mii ID, Akira was created on August 30, 2006, at 10:17:52 AM.
  • Akira is ambidextrous because he is left-handed in Tennis and Baseball batting, but is right-handed in Baseball throwing, Table Tennis, and Basketball.
  • He is one of the 15 CPU Miis to use the underhand throw in Baseball.
  • He can be seen on the Balance Boat in his Wii Party artwork.
  • In Garden Gridlock, he appears in the controls section.
