Activities are game modes in Wii Fit.
Balance
These activities involve balancing left and right sides when standing upright. This activity will give feedback to I,prove the player’s balance.
Body Test
These activities work best if you perform a Body Test every day. In this test, the player will use the Wii Balance Board accessory to measure their center of balance, Body Mass Index (BMI), and body control. Based on these results, you can also determine your Wii Fit Age. The player can chart their daily progress and compare it against previous results, as well as others.
Training/Training Plus
These activities include four training modes and more than 40 exercises and activities designed to help improve balance and fitness.
Aerobics
These activities involve increasing endurance and using fast-paced exercises to improve physical health.
Strength Training
These activities improve overall strength when doing tasks, along with flexibility when doing them.
