1 vs 3 minigames are one of the five types of Minigames in Wii Party. There is one solo player against three others. In 1 vs 3 Minigames, either the solo player or the team wins. Players are limited on which teams they can make. if a human player is playing against 3 CPU players, they can only choose themselves or the player 2 CPU as the solo player. If there are 2 human players, they can select Player 1, Player 2, and the Player 3 CPU as the solo player.
If there are 3 or 4 human players, everyone can be selected as the solo player.
This Minigame mode has the least amount of Minigames in Wii Party, having only 5.

Modes that include 1 vs 3 minigames[]
- 1 vs 3 Minigames can be selected from Free Play. There is an option to be either the solo player or one of the three opponents.
- In Board Game Island, if a player lands on a 1 vs 3 Minigame space, they become the solo player. If they win the Minigame, they can advance 10 spaces. If the other players win, nothing happens.
- In Globe Trot, if a player lands on a 1 vs 3 Minigame space, they become the solo player, and if they win the Minigame, they gets 15 coins. If the team wins, they each get 5 coins.
- In Spin-Off, if a 1 vs 3 Bank Battle is spun, a 1 vs 3 Minigame begins. Whoever spun the wheel is the solo player, and the others are the team players. If the solo player wins, they earn all the medals. If the other players win, they split the bank.
- In Solo Mode, there are also 1 vs 3 Minigames in which the solo player must beat the other CPUs to pass. This is also where the solo player gets an extra life (1UP).
